We had 3 very heavy couches to move. H&M not only got back with us immediately, they let us informed as to when they would be here and moved the items out of our basement with ease. Would highly recommend!

I was scrambling, stressed, and under serious time pressure after another moving company completely dropped the ball. This team stepped up without hesitation. They were on time, their communication was excellent from start to finish, and they worked with an impressive level of care and professionalism. Every piece of furniture was handled meticulously—they took the time to protect everything and made sure nothing was scratched, damaged, or broken. They managed to move everything in one day, stayed focused, worked efficiently, and remained courteous and respectful the entire time. On top of that, the price was very reasonable for the quality of service provided. If you want movers who actually show up, communicate clearly, work hard, and treat your belongings like their own, HMH Hermit’s Moving and Handyman Services is the company to book. I’m genuinely grateful for how they handled this move.

They were fantastic! Not only did they respond very quickly but they gave us a fair quote and stayed in contact during the entire process. We had them pick up furniture we purchased from another home and bring it to our house. They were very careful and wrapped the furniture before moving. They secured all pieces in the box truck before making the trip. Once they arrived, they placed everything exactly where we wanted it. They were very kind and professional. I will recommend them to anyone that could use their services and I will definitely use them again. Thank you so much for a great experience!
