The company is run by one Mr Rafael.I had him as my agent for two of my properties, and my experience for the one year was horrible
First,He will not respond to tenants request for any maintenance,request for repairs will be unattended to for months and he will keep telling tenants that he could reach out to the landlord
Secondly, he will fail to remit the exact amount of rent collected from the tenant , claiming he made an error or the error is from his bank. Most of the time ,he is unreachable and would not respond to his call. There were times that he kept the rent for more than 30 days
He is also not trustworthy,I told him to only collect half of the rent from tenant for the month of December ,he went ahead and collected the whole rent and tile me that he collected half.
Though is part of his contract to inspect the house, he does not
It is better to manage your house by your self rather than using him as an agent.
