I just hired Joe to manage a house in Indy. Will report back after tenant is placed. I love the national chain behind a process to the entire thing. He's not just "winging it" The client portal is excellent. Just for context- I'm an experience RE investor with other property managers in other locations.

If you want a company who is up front and has good communication with its clients, then Real Property Management Indianapolis edge is the one. The most important asset I look for in any company I work with is good communication. Victoria at Indianapolis Edge always returns my calls and emails, she also invested time answering my questions well before we signed on with them. After we signed on they had customers looking at our house immediately. If you don't !want to worry about your property, this is the company for you. I can't see why the experience wouldn't be the same for the renter as well
