Introduction
I have been lifting and doing other extreme athletics over the past few years. I'm not certified in anything, but I've done tons of research, and I have learned from personal trainers and coaches in the past. I have got myself good results going from 119 to 150 in three years without using a bulking cycle. You don't have to trust me, but I do know my stuff for the most part. I charge $5 for one workout and diet plan and $20 for a week (business week) of training. The workouts are conducted indoors and sometimes outdoors.
