Introduction
Are you a fan of strategy? Are you bored in the usual gym setting? I offer private rock climbing instruction coinciding with a fitness plan. We discuss your goals and make a plan to achieve them. Our training will consist solely of things done in a climbing gym, with the possibility of later hiking excursions to the outdoors. Ideally, you will be available for a minimum of two times a week. This ensures consistent results. There is a difference between this and your usual gym though. I will push you physically, and the climbing will push you mentally. I will facilitate these two dynamics interacting. However, if you don't wake up wishing it was a training day, I'm not doing my job right. We can have fun while staying extremely fit.
