When contacting Thumbtack, I was very specific...quote mid-day Thursday, trees down and gone Saturday morning. Robert and crew couldn’t have been better. He gave me a very reasonable quote for cutting down a couple ash trees and, as promised, was there promptly on Saturday morning. I left for breakfast and when I returned a couple hours later, he was finishing up and other than a few sawdust shavings, you could barely tell that trees were ever there! I will definitely hire them again.

What amazing service provided by Robert and the Black Cherry Tree Service team! The crew showed up on time, with well-maintained, quality equipment, went to work immediately and removed two mature trees (one very close to our house) and several large limbs from remaining trees on our property. Stumps were ground, leaving no trace that large trees had ever even existed. Meticulous clean-up, as well (before and after photos submitted were taken BEFORE stump grinding and clean-up). The precision, speed and professionalism in which the service was performed was extraordinary. We will be using Black Cherry for ALL our residential tree service needs in the future, and are look into using the company's services at our place of business. ***HIGHLY RECOMMENDED***

I just can’t say enough about how pleased I am with the service I received from this company! They went above and beyond my expectations. I even asked them to complete additional work on the day of service and they got it all done in no time at all! This company is worth every cent and I will definitely have them back again to work on another tree in my front yard soon.
