- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I use clear, flat pricing based on the scope of the job so customers know the cost upfront. I don’t charge hourly, and I don’t add surprise fees after the work is done. All pricing is confirmed before scheduling. If there are optional add-ons or changes requested, those are discussed and approved in advance. My focus is transparent pricing and professional results—not being the cheapest option.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start by gathering a few basic details about the project so I can provide an accurate, flat quote. Once the scope and price are agreed on, we schedule a time window. On the day of service, I arrive on time, complete the work as quoted, and leave the space clean. The process is designed to be simple, predictable, and respectful of the customer’s time and home.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My experience is hands-on and focused on doing work the right way—carefully, safely, and according to manufacturer guidelines. I intentionally keep my services well-defined so I can deliver consistent, high-quality results rather than rushing or cutting corners.
