- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Most water damage jobs go through insurance. In the best case scenario, you will just have to pay your insurance company your deductible and they will cover the work. We will help you negotiate with your insurance company to ensure that you are taken care of.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We typically come out to assess damage first. Then we will help you call your insurance company to open a new claim. We will work with you and your insurance adjuster to make sure that your damage gets covered when at all possible.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are certified in advanced commercial structure drying.
