I am extremely happy with Frank’s work. He fixed a leaking toilet and replaced the wax ring on all of our toilets. He also replaced crumbled bolts - we never did anything to maintain before so his work was much needed. He is extremely neat and clean and he explained everything he did, giving me ways to extend the life of those things he could.
He also had me approve his work as he finished with each piece. I most highly recommend his work and he had a kind personality to make me feel totally comfortable. I will definitely seek his help again on other projects.
