- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge by the job NEVER HOURLY. And thats to protect the customer because everyone knows that a simple job can turn south and take much longer than originally expected and by charging by the job i can stop the cost to the customer from getting over budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Ill listen and understand what the customer is wanting, explain in detail how i will complete the task and then upon agreement of all the details ill get to work as quickly as possible and in the cleanest way as to not disturb the customers life.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been head of maintenance for a hotel and when i moved back to indy i worked for another handyman service and was taught a great deal on the finer points of the trade. But mostly i jave been taught all that i know from my father.
