- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 20 years catering experience, additionally, I have held the following positions in the Louisville area: Soux Chef for Winston's Restuarant Banquet Chef for the Brown Hotel Executive Chef for Treyton Oak Towers Finally, I have a degree in Culinary Arts from Sullivan University (and graduated Summa Cum Laude), and have taught Culinary Arts for Prosser School of Technology as well.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Get everything in writing (and I mean everything) before you hire any professional or provider. Additionally, make sure that both of you agree not only on the date of the event, but all time frames associated with it as well.
