Very good experience. Hot water heater had leaked and gotten the carpet soaked in my small bedroom. I called and Paul came out and inspected the issues and gave me an estimate. I hired him to do the job of drying out my carpet and checking for mold issues, which he treated. As soon as I got my water heater replaced, he came back out and set up his equipment and just a couple of days later everything was dry and ready for me to finish up. He was very professional, open and honest about the process. The best part was all of the information that I got, before, during and after the process. Even gave me tips on what to do with the rest of my clean up process. Very happy with the service that I have gotten. Would happily recommend him to anyone with any water damage who needed help with clean up.
