Introduction: I have been ordained since 2008, and I love to meet new couples and learn about their tales of love. In the time that I have done this service, my job has become more important in each ceremony than ever before - it is a meaningful experience for those saying "I do" according to their needs. Minister Ford was everything we could have hoped for in an officiant and more! We messaged him the morning of our wedding date, due to a scheduling issue, to try and locate someone to perform our intimate ceremony. Minister Ford was responsive, respectful, and professional throughout our interactions (in person and via messenger). As we are having a hand fasting ceremony later this year, for a larger family gathering, he even offered suggestions for that follow up ceremony too.

Because of covid, my now husband and I was in a bind with our wedding. We literally had two days to find an officiate, a venue, and everything in-between. Minister Ford did a fantastic job with our wedding. He took the time to get to know myself and my husband so that he could help create a ceremony that was perfect for us. Any questions that I had throughout the process he responded quickly to. He also did a fantastic job with helping me with documents and educating me on how to change my name and making sure I had all the forms needed. Elden officiated our wedding last weekend and he did such an amazing job! He met separately with me and my fiance before the wedding to learn more about our relationship. The questions he asked were then used to make our ceremony personal and meaningful. He even used a quote from my favorite book to close out the ceremony. I have already recommended him to a friend that will also be using him in the fall!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer 3 different packages. I do add a travel fee to anything outside the 30 minute radius of zip code 47130.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Discuss what type of ceremony they would like. I like to custom write each ceremony (including sending the couple a love story questionnaire).
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Legally ordained to officiate weddings throughout the US.
