- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First an introduction and a walk through to find exactly what work the customer wants done and when they would like it done. After that I like to set a schedule we both agree on and make sure I stick to our schedule and do quality work that customer will be very happy with.

Started helping my grandfather when I was 12 years old when my grandfather retired he passed the business to my uncle and I took over after he retired
