There were a few challenges with the installation but Jason refused to take any shortcuts. He stayed longer than expected but did the job right. The system will not allow me to change my original 5 star rating. If I could it would now be less than 1 star. 2 and 1/2 months after the original installation I have paid an additional $1000 to correct and finish what was suppose to be a finished install. I also need to spend another $500-$800 to make the system work efficiently. I cannot tell you how disappointed I am in the lack of professionalism. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?I have a set price that is the most affordable but a lot of jobs require me to come out to diagnose the problem and determine material costs so that the customer and I can come up with the best possible solution.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I gather some information over the phone to determine the problem or what the customer's looking to have done. I setup an appointment for me to come out and introduce myself. I then provide a free estimate and explain everything that needs to be done to the customer. I then let the customer make the decision on whether to hire me.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have over 20 years experience working in the field and I know everything there is to know in residential construction.
