I requested and received a quote quickly from Jason. We set up a time to meet the next day and while traffic did prevent him from getting there on time he was very good at communicating to me where he was. He arrived and assessed the needs for the job and got to work quickly. He did an excellent job for an excellent price and I couldn't be happier. I would recommend and use him again.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have a set price that is the most affordable but a lot of jobs require me to come out to diagnose the problem and determine material costs so that the customer and I can come up with the best possible solution.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I gather some information over the phone to determine the problem or what the customer's looking to have done. I setup an appointment for me to come out and introduce myself. I then provide a free estimate and explain everything that needs to be done to the customer. I then let the customer make the decision on whether to hire me.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 20 years experience working in the field and I know everything there is to know in residential construction.
