- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is pretty standard. We offer a quality service at a competitive price. Not to mention we're efficient with what we do. Customers aren't just paying for our professionalism, but also the quality and speed of our service. We do offer discounts to property owners with multiple venues that require our service.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We always respond on Thumbtack first and as quickly as possible. We will then give you a call to briefly discuss your wants and needs for your project and discuss your availability for us to meet with you in person. We like to do a walk through with our clients before giving them a price because every job is different and requires a different approach. After the meeting, you will receive an estimate within 1-2 days. If the price is right, then we will move forward with scheduling you. We just want to make sure you're taken care of properly! It's that simple!
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
My family owns multiple properties in NY that I helped renovate, clean and paint as a kid growing up. I gained a lot of experience at a very young age and it has helped me to be successful now. I'm thankful my parents and grandparents put me to work because it prepared me to be the professional I am today.
