Getting started with MaidPro is easy! Simply reach out by phone, text, or through Thumbtack, and we'll ask a few questions about your home or business, including the size, number of rooms, current condition, and the type of cleaning you're looking for. From there, we'll prepare a personalized quote based on your specific needs—not a one-size-fits-all estimate. If needed, we may recommend a quick walkthrough or request photos to ensure our estimate is as accurate as possible. Once you're ready to move forward, we'll schedule your cleaning at a convenient time. Before your appointment, you'll receive confirmation and arrival details from our office. After every cleaning, you're backed by our 24-Hour Reclean Guarantee. If we missed anything, simply let us know within 24 hours, and we'll return to make it right. Our goal is to make the entire process—from your first message to your first cleaning—as easy, professional, and stress-free as possible.
