- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Some items are priced per person and other items are priced per hour.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I first collect information....name, event location, hours of service, number of guest and menu items. Once I receive all the info, I email a quote. If the client would like to move forward with booking, I email my contract and invoice. Once I receive both contract and 50% deposit the event is confirmed.
