Working with Andrew and Steve was a great experience. The work on my kitchen that Steve did was nothing short of amazing and could not have been more helpful in helping me achieve my beautiful kitchen. As far as Andrew, the quote was fair and his responses were timely. I could not be happier with the end result and the experience.

I can’t speak for their services as unfortunately the girl who was supposed to come no called/no showed that day. What I can say is that I wish their communication with me had been better. I wish they had notified me of the situation when they realized she had not shown for her 10am cleaning appointment instead of waiting until I contacted them after she was 30 minutes late for my appointment. I had already been flexible and rescheduled from Wednesday at their request and honestly wasn’t upset about the late appointment. They offered to come at 5pm after they finished cleaning the morning appointment that was prior to me. They had originally estimated 4 to 5 hours for my deep clean job and I figured the guy would be tired and not want to stay that late. I offered to reschedule until next week and he said he would call me after he finished. I waited and waited…assuming the call would be between 5p and 6p and it is now after 730 and I have had no updates. I just wish the communication would have been better and I would have been kept updated and the promised calls had been followed through on. I absolutely understand unexpected issues with staffing and was totally understanding about the issue but at this point with the poor communication I elected to just cancel and find someone else. So again I cannot speak to their work as my job was not completed but the overall communication about the day was poor.
