I've had an incredible experience with Phil! I've never met a trainer like him. He's so good at making sure you're doing everything correctly and modifying anything that causes you discomfort. Something a lot of other trainers don't usually think about. Phil, knows his stuff, inside and out. He understands his client's needs and adapts his motivation to suit every individual. i haven't met another person (let alone a personal trainer), who knows more about nutrition and what it takes to get the body you want.. His coaching style is very easy to understand ... I remember he put me through a lower body and leg work out. When we were finished I said "Well I guess I can't do any cardio, legs are too sore." His response was , " Grab those boxing gloves, you don't need legs to hit the heavy bag.".... He makes you want to be a better, healthier you. I would recommend him to everyone !Aug 28, 2016

Phill is a great Christian guy who clearly knows his stuff. He teaches at a good pace and gives valuable exercises and lessons. He is fun to work with and connects at a personal level. He’s been welcoming to me and made me very comfortable while learning a new sport. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?PLEASE READ... as a professional on Thumbtack. We pay good money for potential clients be able to reach out to us as a lead. Please be courteous and respond if we reply back to you. 60-minute sessions: $75 for one session a week $60 per session for two sessions a week $50 per session for three sessions a week 30-minute sessions: $40 for one session a week $35 per session for two sessions a week $30 per session for three sessions a week For mobile personal training: ( I travel to you) Rate varies depending on distance and services requested Online Personal Training, Exercise Programming: 99.00 per month. Nutrition plans: 99.00 per month. ( tells you exactly what to eat for all your meals throughout the week and comes with a shopping list so you know exactly what to buy) Bundle package that includes: Online Exercise programming and Nutrition: 150.00 per month. I do offer discounted prices for Military, Police, and Fire department.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I reply back to the potential client and ask for a good time and day to set up a phone conversation. During the phone conversation I setup a free initial evaluation. Basically this lets us get to know each other and decide if we want to work together in the future.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I am an AFAA certified personal trainer, level 1 certified CrossFit trainer and also have a PN1 certification in exercise nutrition. I am also NFPT certified as a Multiple Sclerosis Fitness trainer specialist
