Shockley came and looked at our bathroom, took measurements and discussed what we were wanting to do. He said he would contact us within the next couple days. He did not EVER contact us again. We reached out again asking him to reach out even if he decided he wasn’t interested. He seemed like a really nice guy, but ghosting a potential customer is highly inappropriate and bad business.

He came in and checked out the job I needed done, and told me he’d be able to help me in between his other jobs. As he was leaving he said he’d give me a quote later that night and then I never heard from him again. I can’t speak on his work but I can speak on his lack of communication and honesty. If you don’t want to do a job, say so. Ghosting is unprofessional!

John responded very quickly and quoted a very fair price. He did a great job installing our laminate and reinforcing the old floor. The project was bigger then expected but he adapted well and was very friendly. We will definitely have John back for future projects.
