- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is an hourly rate and includes a complimentary 30 minute consult. Client is responsible for the cost of supplies and/or reimbursement for supplies used by The Project Chik. Hourly rate applies for shopping time.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will speak to the client via phone or email and then set up a time for a complimentary 30 minute consult. The consult allows me to see the space and ask the client questions. Should the client want to move forward with booking my services, then we will agree on the best day/times, go over any expectations, discuss supplies, aesthetic, goals, etc.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
What’s your biggest pain point? What’s the number one goal for your troubled space? How involved do you want to be? What is your budget?
