If however, you want real deep dive coaching that will lead to lifelong change I'm your guy. Because knowing what to do and doing it 30, 60, 90, 120 days in a row are two TOTALLY DIFFERENT THINGS. You hire a coach for great motivating live training, the step by step gameplan, knowledge (specific for YOU), accountability, and adjustments. This is not rocket-science but there are a lot of moving parts. Here's how we will set you free. You won't need me or anyone else after we are done (this is not open-ended). 1️⃣ Complementary Intro- A 30 minute 1-on-1 so that every part of the program matches the goals you have. The process while similar, is slightly different for each individual. 2️⃣ Nutrition Coaching- A step by step process building your HABITS from the ground ⬆. Simple changes-EDUCATION-Fine Tuning-Accountability= Freedom from "dieting" and the yo-yo cycle 3️⃣ Comprehensive training including live remote sessions, fully programmed diy workouts (so you build habits along the way) and education on how to sustain for the rest of your life. 4️⃣ Weekly Live Health Coaching- Because the worst thing is getting a "mealplan" pdf and being expected to follow for the rest of your life (not gonna happen). We'll also cover every aspect including hydration, meal prepping, supplementation, morning routine, EVERYTHING. Live and personalized nutrition and lifestyle coaching is arguably more important than the training sessions! P.S. Don't ever ever just "start training" with someone with no goal, benchmark, or structure in place. You can do better! ;) PLEASE don't hire someone to only train you, count your reps, and/or hand you a food list. Get holistic and comprehensive coaching so you can be successful for real this time.

Patrick is really good at customizing my program to my personal needs. He takes into account my health issues and limitations, and works around those to give me the best experience I can get. He sees me as a person and not just another client. When I might mess up a little on the nutrition, he doesn’t make me feel guilty, but helps me get back on track. He has a nice laid back approach and makes me feel comfortable during our meetings. He’s comfortable to work with and to talk to.

I can’t recommend PWC highly enough. The program itself has so much information. As a long time Registered Nurse I thought I knew a lot about nutrition but I have learned so many things about healthy eating and nutrition that I was completely unaware of. Patrick has been nothing but kind, supportive and understanding. His positive approach is exactly what I needed. I’ve had some unique health challenges in my journey and Patrick has worked hard to tailor my workouts and nutrition to be the best I can get. I've been working with Patrick for ~9 months now and I've been extremely satisfied with all aspects of the service. I'm someone who's already in good shape and athletic but needed someone to help me with accountability and sticking to a fitness routine, and not only has Patrick delivered in this aspect, he's also introduced me to new exercises that have nearly ascended me to superhuman status. He also greets my cats during each session which is arguably more important than the workout. Kidding, but all in all I'd definitely recommend Patrick to anyone, whether you're a beginner or an experienced athlete.

Pat is an excellent trainer! Only a few weeks in and I’m down a ton of weight! From the way his program functions, it provides the feeling as if he’s training right with you. Each workout has detailed walksthroughs incase anything confuses you, plus you can also record your sets for him to critique your form! My favorite part about pats program is that it goes well beyond the gym by highlighting the importance of mental wellness and overall health! His program focuses on not only constructing healthy habits, but maintaining them far into the future. I personally have been bodybuilding for around 2 years now, having worked with other powerlifting/bodybuilding coaches, and cannot believe the wealth of knowledge I’ve gained from working with Pat!

I appreciate Coach Patrick on currently getting me to my goals, job not done, but it’s a lot better than I was doing on my own. Coach Patrick works with your schedule and personalizes your workouts and give great advice on eating habits and helps hold you accountable for yourself amazing job
