Nourdine was thorough and clear about what he diagnosed. He listened carefully to what I was seeing and had done myself to attempt the repair, and then he methodically checked the possible problems. It turns out my 12 year old Refrigerator compressor was slowly dying. He said the compressor replacement cost was not worth the investment into this older unit, since it was 2/3 to 3/4 of the price of a new refrigerator. I appreciated his advice and put the money into a new fridge. Nourdine even gave some recommendations on brands that tend to be more reliable.

Live up to what he says. He said 10 days to get parts, its been 15. He said he'd call me yesterday, he didn't. I have no idea what is going on. He finally got the part in and did a wonderful job installing it on a Saturday. Well worth 5 stars.
