She did a really nice job. This is a particularly difficult job because there was no water in the house (neither of us knew this before starting). She missed one area in the house (the cabinet under the kitchen sink) which is why I gave her 4 stars BUT she did offer to come back and clean it at another time. This attention to customer service is a huge plus for me. I will definitely call her again!
