- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am very reasonable. I am the type of person who will clean my customers dishes without charge.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The process is simple: I talk to my new customer to get to know them and their cleaning needs. I assess their cleaning products if they have any. I usually encourage my customers to get their own products, those they like. I carry some products with me. What is more important to me is to found out my customers expectations and their satisfaction.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My degree is actually in Biology. My training in cleaning was while I was going to school. I love cleaning ! I know it sounds weird, but it actually very calming.
