I read about Zach having a injury. I wanted to work with someone who would understand the frustration of having an injury. I, myself, had an injury which led to some stiffness that I have tried to address for a few years with not a lot of success. Zach seemed interested in helping me tackle the problem no matter what the odds were and took a lot of time to understand what I needed to succeed. He is very knowledgeable, and very honest. If he needs more information or clarity about your situation, he will do the research and find out. I am not what I would call myself the typical guy who just needs to be trained. I have body connectivity, balance, and co-ordination issues to boot. I got all the trophies...LOL!!! Zach said he would work with me to help me get to my goals of co-ordination, balance, weight loss, and flexibility, so I can play the sports I have wanted to play and get back to some sports/hobbies that I have wanted to do. I have lost over twenty pounds since April. I feel better, have more energy, and most important, I have hope that between the two of us I will achieve the goals I have set so I can function and play on teams and do the outdoor activities I love to do. He is more than just a coach. He will partner with you to see that you succeed and will help with the research to reach your goals. He is very personable and cordial. He is an easy guy to work with and always looks for the positive in anything we do. I couldn't have asked for anymore!

Monib’s counseling changed my life I was not sure what to expect as far as “results” go. I can say I don’t cope with the trauma that has happened in my life I have conquered it. I no longer deal with anxiety and depression and I don’t have to take any medications, I have reconciled with a lot of people in my life. It was a hard but beautiful process very much worth the time and effort.

This girl changed my life. Let me start off by saying that in the course of 3 months, she helped me lose 35 pounds, lower my body fat percentage from 30 to 18 percent, and I lost 3 dress sizes. I've had other trainers before Mary, and never understood why anyone ever needed them. But Mary is totally different--her workouts are fun and engaging, her demeanor and attitude are always on point, and she really pushes her clients way beyond what we think is possible. Mary is amazing and knows what she's doing--so just hire her already and get ready to be in the best shape of your life.

Almost 11 years ago I was overweight with body fat at 34% (I'm only 5'2" and weighed almost 160lbs.) A friend and I decided to go to Studio 22 to see what it was all about! We joined that day, went to see Brad 3-4 days a week, was coached on fitness, healthy eating, lifestyle changes, etc.! Within the first year, my body fat was less than 20%, weight 125, and Brad coached me to do my first figure competition, which I won! I did another figure competition, then went on to now doing power lifting! Over the years I have come to really depend on Brads expertise to keep me fit and healthy! He is the best trainer, friend, mentor and overall great person! I continue to go to Studio (Warner Fit) cause I know if I don't, not only would I become obese again, but my mind, body and spirit would suffer greatly! Brad changed my life! 🏋🏻💪

After the sudden death of my 28-year-old daughter a few weeks ago, I found myself completely lost for the first time in my life. There were so many decisions that had to be made at a time when I was least capable. My daughter Rachel was a kind and loving young woman who left behind a young son, nine adoring brothers and sisters, and a large circle of family and friends. Knowing that we needed healing through a meaningful release of emotion and grief - and we all needed to do it together - I had to find someone who would be gentle with our family and respectful of Rachel's memory. The proper someone needed to touch our hearts and help us pull through the darkest time of any of our lives. Stacey was that someone. She met with our family to understand what we needed. When we weren't certain, she asked questions that brought clarity and guided us with helpful suggestions. The eulogy that she prepared and delivered captured Rachel's essence perfectly. Stacey was strong and powerful for us when we needed it and quiet and loving when we cried. She was excellent with the twenty-somethings who were anguished in their grief and supportive and respectful of our senrior family members. She was appropriately present and at all times, she was attentive to our needs. Our huge multi-ethnic and multi-religion family felt comfort in Stacey's presence as we said our good-byes to our angel. I highly encourage anyone in the heartbreaking position of laying a loved one to rest, to place their trust in Stacey. She will make you feel at ease, and allow you to focus on yourself and your family, which is what you need during such a time.

I admit, at first I was hesitant about getting a life coach. I kept telling myself I don't know this person, I don't want her in my personal life. Then one day I decided to give it a try. Needless to say it was one of the best decisions I had made. Deann was very welcoming. I opened up to her like she was my BFF. I learned so much about myself that I never would've realized if I hadn't gotten a life coach. She made me feel like everything was possible. I have bettered myself in many areas of my life after having sessions with DeAnn. I recommend Coaching Daydreams to all my friends, family and co-workers. Believe me you won't be disappointed. You'll ask yourself why didn't I try this a long time ago.

      About

Our business stands out due to our professional coaches practice of supporting an individual, referred to as a client, through the process of achieving a specific personal or professional result. The structure and methodologies of coaching are very numerous with one unifying feature, coaching approaches are predominantly facilitating in style, which is to say that the coach is mainly asking questions and challenging the client. Thus bringing about behavioral change and helping people understand how their cognitive and emotional reactions can interfere with personal effectiveness, performance, and well-being. A skilled practitioner who establishes a strong relationship of trust with their clients conducts behavioral change. Some of the core skills are the same such as deep listening and questions that raise awareness. Some of the underlying philosophies behind coaching are, similar to conventional therapy. Like coaching, a variety of therapy practices embrace a client-centered collaborative partnership that encourages clients to acknowledge their creativity and find their own unique solutions. Coaching is different from therapeutic disciplines in one crucial factor that is in diagnosing and prescribing mental illness. There is a variety of approaches to the coaching methodology that are equally effective from that of conventional therapy. A coach aims to bring together and highlight all the possibilities that will help mold and shape the visioning process for clients as they create a plan and execute the details. It is the transference from attaining a short-term goal into the long-term goal then and maintaining it as an accomplished one. Coaching is performed with individuals and groups, in person, over the phone and online.

      Q & A

Answers to commonly asked questions from the experts on Thumbtack.

      What is a life coach?

A professional, accredited life coach works with people to help them make important changes in their life, either growing in their profession or changing gears in their personal lives. They help clients turn their dreams or wishes into realistic, attainable goals. They guide people through the process of making life changes by helping them evaluate the steps they must take to reach a particular goal, then help them decide how — and whether — to take those steps in the most efficient, effective and rewarding way possible. A life coach acts as a motivator, strategist and accountability partner. Unlike a therapist, a life coach doesn’t help solve problems from your past — they’re focused on helping you move forward with new ways of acting and thinking that will help you reach your goals. Some people specialize in particular types of life coaching, including life balancing coaches, small business coaches, executive coaches and personal finance coaches. Some meet clients in person, while others hold consultations over the phone.

Regardless of which type of life coach you’re interested in, make sure the person holds an International Coach Federation (ICF) credential. There are three tiers of credentials: Associate, Professional and Master, which require coaching experience ranging from 100 hours to 2,500 hours.

How much does a life coach cost?

A life coach helps clients set and reach professional and personal goals, develop positive habits, and deal with stress. Some people meet with a life coach once or twice, while others form an ongoing professional relationship, meeting regularly in person or on the phone. The average national cost to meet with a life coach ranges from $80 to $130 an hour. Some coaches offer per-session pricing, especially for one-time meetings; expect to pay an average of $100-$125. People who want to work with a coach over a period of time to explore life transitions, career growth or lifestyle changes may be able to get discounted pricing in a package. For example, three 60-minute sessions cost an average of $300, four 60-minute sessions cost an average of $350, and four 60- to 90-minute sessions plus unlimited contact between sessions cost an average of $400. Some specific types of coaching, such as relationship or marriage coaching, cost more than standard life coaching. For instance, three 60-minute relationship coaching sessions cost an average of $500, four 60-minute sessions cost an average of $550, and six 60- to 90-minute sessions cost an average of $650 when purchased as a package. Training and experience can also affect the cost of hiring a life coach. An Associate Certified Coach, who holds a certification that requires only 60 hours of training and 100 hours of coaching experience, will charge less than a Master Certified Coach, who typically has at least 200 hours of training and 2,500 hours of coaching experience.

      Why get a life coach?

People of all ages and in all careers have called in a life coach. Life coaches are accredited professionals who can help you figure out the tangible changes you can make in your life to reach your goals; they can even help you turn your dreams into goals, if you’re not sure where to go next. A life coach can also help people find their purpose in life. Life coaching clients often have an idea of what they want to do, such as help people or work with animals, but don’t know how to turn that passion into a career. A life coach can help clients work through the options to find a clear path with concrete steps that lead to an attainable goal. A life coach can also help clients make a major career change, such as starting a new business. Life coaches can help clients develop better habits that will make them more successful, acting as an accountability partner. Life coaches also often guide their clients through major transitions in life, such as a career change or other stressful situations that are made easier with guidance from a neutral third party.

Hire skilled professionals for absolutely everything.
