Keva Rop is an excellent writer. She can read in between the lines and bring a story to life. I will definitely refer all my friends and family to her.
Ron Nichols is a master I really appreciate him coaching me a good Christian family man that knows what he's talking about
Patti is an excellent coach. She is both knowledgeable and encouraging. Having experienced her own health journey, she is a role model for a healthy lifestyle. She's motivating yet not over the top. Being an executive coach myself, I know that coaching takes a certain discipline, and Patti is a natural.
Val is a great people person!! A session with her will change your life :-)
This girl changed my life. Let me start off by saying that in the course of 3 months, she helped me lose 35 pounds, lower my body fat percentage from 30 to 18 percent, and I lost 3 dress sizes. I've had other trainers before Mary, and never understood why anyone ever needed them. But Mary is totally different--her workouts are fun and engaging, her demeanor and attitude are always on point, and she really pushes her clients way beyond what we think is possible. Mary is amazing and knows what she's doing--so just hire her already and get ready to be in the best shape of your life.
Courtney has been my health coach for about a month now and in that time I have set weekly goals and with her help reached them. I can't wait to recap in our 60 and 90 day reviews to see how far I've come. I truly appreciate her dedication to not only helping me physically but mentally and emotionally as well. She truly wants the best for me and to make sure that I make a lifelong lifestyle transformation!
Kimberly Ewing has been my life coach for close to a year. A colleague recommended her to me because I needed help setting and meeting my goals and maintaining focus. I can't express how happy I have been since Kimberly has been working with me. She is sharp, creative, caring, and she has a great personality. I highly recommend Kimberly Ewing at KDE Motivates if you need a life coach or a trainer.
Almost 11 years ago I was overweight with body fat at 34% (I'm only 5'2" and weighed almost 160lbs.) A friend and I decided to go to Studio 22 to see what it was all about! We joined that day, went to see Brad 3-4 days a week, was coached on fitness, healthy eating, lifestyle changes, etc.! Within the first year, my body fat was less than 20%, weight 125, and Brad coached me to do my first figure competition, which I won! I did another figure competition, then went on to now doing power lifting! Over the years I have come to really depend on Brads expertise to keep me fit and healthy! He is the best trainer, friend, mentor and overall great person! I continue to go to Studio (Warner Fit) cause I know if I don't, not only would I become obese again, but my mind, body and spirit would suffer greatly! Brad changed my life! 🏋🏻💪
Chris is versed in sales coaching because of his past experience in sales. I would recommend him to be coach for junior level sales associates contemplating a serious career in sales.
The lead encourager, Zach, has helped me implement ways of improving my overall health and fitness, and has provided creative and easy-to-implement ways of doing so! Not only food and exercise, he has helped me with finding ways to better cope with and reduce stress and limit ways I waste time. The weekly calls are a great way to stay accountable and Zach has been easy to talk to about a variety of challenges and successes in my life. Great program!
I admit, at first I was hesitant about getting a life coach. I kept telling myself I don't know this person, I don't want her in my personal life. Then one day I decided to give it a try. Needless to say it was one of the best decisions I had made. Deann was very welcoming. I opened up to her like she was my BFF. I learned so much about myself that I never would've realized if I hadn't gotten a life coach. She made me feel like everything was possible. I have bettered myself in many areas of my life after having sessions with DeAnn. I recommend Coaching Daydreams to all my friends, family and co-workers. Believe me you won't be disappointed. You'll ask yourself why didn't I try this a long time ago.
After the sudden death of my 28-year-old daughter a few weeks ago, I found myself completely lost for the first time in my life. There were so many decisions that had to be made at a time when I was least capable. My daughter Rachel was a kind and loving young woman who left behind a young son, nine adoring brothers and sisters, and a large circle of family and friends. Knowing that we needed healing through a meaningful release of emotion and grief - and we all needed to do it together - I had to find someone who would be gentle with our family and respectful of Rachel's memory. The proper someone needed to touch our hearts and help us pull through the darkest time of any of our lives. Stacey was that someone. She met with our family to understand what we needed. When we weren't certain, she asked questions that brought clarity and guided us with helpful suggestions. The eulogy that she prepared and delivered captured Rachel's essence perfectly. Stacey was strong and powerful for us when we needed it and quiet and loving when we cried. She was excellent with the twenty-somethings who were anguished in their grief and supportive and respectful of our senrior family members. She was appropriately present and at all times, she was attentive to our needs. Our huge multi-ethnic and multi-religion family felt comfort in Stacey's presence as we said our good-byes to our angel. I highly encourage anyone in the heartbreaking position of laying a loved one to rest, to place their trust in Stacey. She will make you feel at ease, and allow you to focus on yourself and your family, which is what you need during such a time.
Kristina demonstrated a level of empathy and listening skills that were excellent. She kept me accountable for my actions and really helped me to make progress on my goals. I recommend her as a coach.
Jennifer is great at what she does, helping you get out of your own way to make your dreams a reality. I can't even tell you the progress I've made since starting to have her coach me. I stepped out and started my own business (which I had been looking at doing for years), I'm in a successful relationship, my life is being decluttered to eliminate the noise, and I'm focusing on what matters. It was hard for me to justify paying a coach at first. After struggling to break some self limiting thoughts for years, I thought, "what the heck do I have to lose. We only live once and I've been stuck in this spot for a while. Let's see if this helps". I don't how to explain it, but just having someone to talk through the big things of life with has helped me immensely. Maybe it's having someone to hold me accountable to take steps towards my dreams and goals, or listening with observations to help me break free from being in negative thought cycles that didn't serve me. All I know is that the progress I've made this year has been incredible, and I know much of it is because I started coaching with Jenn.

Our business stands out due to our professional coaches practice of supporting an individual, referred to as a client, through the process of achieving a specific personal or professional result. The structure and methodologies of coaching are very numerous with one unifying feature, coaching approaches are predominantly facilitating in style, which is to say that the coach is mainly asking questions and challenging the client. Thus bringing about behavioral change and helping people understand how their cognitive and emotional reactions can interfere with personal effectiveness, performance, and well-being. A skilled practitioner who establishes a strong relationship of trust with their clients conducts behavioral change. Some of the core skills are the same such as deep listening and questions that raise awareness. Some of the underlying philosophies behind coaching are, similar to conventional therapy. Like coaching, a variety of therapy practices embrace a client-centered collaborative partnership that encourages clients to acknowledge their creativity and find their own unique solutions. Coaching is different from therapeutic disciplines in one crucial factor that is in diagnosing and prescribing mental illness. There is a variety of approaches to the coaching methodology that are equally effective from that of conventional therapy. A coach aims to bring together and highlight all the possibilities that will help mold and shape the visioning process for clients as they create a plan and execute the details. It is the transference from attaining a short-term goal into the long-term goal then and maintaining it as an accomplished one. Coaching is performed with individuals and groups, in person, over the phone and online.
