I have trained a handful of my peers (male and female) ranging anywhere from 21+ years old. I have also worked as a personal trainer at a women’s only gym, focusing women anywhere from 35 to 75 years of age. From my own personal experience, I have a lot of knowledge on how to train around injuries and chronic pain. I have worked with clients who suffer from back pain, neck pain, and sore knees.
