Allen contracting was there when my family needed them. We had storm damage to our home, we had contacted insurance to file a claim, they had come out and given us an approval below our deductible amount. ( meaning they didn’t have to pay us a dime) a friend had told us about there experience on there home and said, “ you need to call Brian with Allen Contracting” so happy we did. Brian came out inspected our home told us we did have more damage that insurance had stated and that he could help us. We signed some standard paperwork allowing him to meet and discuss damages with our insurance company. Thankfully Brian was right, he got our entire roof paid for by our insurance company. New roof looks great and his crew was amazing not only did we appreciate the new roof but his crew was aware of our family dog and they made sure nails where all cleared out so we could let our Buster back out to play safely again in our back yard. If your needing roof or exterior work or your in a position that you have to deal with insurance. Do what our family did and Contact Allen Contracting. Ask for Brian, again he was great to work with.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes. I can provide detailed estimates. I use my own propiatary system as well as xactimate.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We can usually price gutter cleaning online or over the phone. For bigger project, If possible we think it is best to meet in person so we can discuss their needs. Then we discuss options that are best for their price rang and preferences. However, some people are very busy, so we can do a lot over the phone or online if the situation allows.we have made payment very easy as well and can assist with financing. We like to answer questions and provide any information we can in order to make our customers comfortable
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was a licensed insurance adjuster in 42 states. Xactimate certified. Licensed General contractor.
