- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
When working with a client who is a buyer, we provide our services for free. When working with a client who is a seller, we provide very competitive commission rates to allow flexibility with the client's financial situation.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically, we like to meet our potential clients face to face to establish rapport and really understand their needs. Then we ask a few simple questions about what they are looking for in a home, or what they'd like to achieve in selling their home, and then we tailor a plan to meet their need.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We have worked with all sorts of clients, with all sorts of goals. From investors who want to flip properties and sell them, to individuals searching for their first home, to an experienced individual looking to sell their third or fourth home.
