- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I typically like to price by the job. Not hourly as things can go sideways quickly. I would rather it be “me” put out when that happens instead of my customers.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Many many years ago when I purchased my first home I do so with the intention of adding on to it. When that time came I dug in and learned everything I could about a multitude of things and saved myself well over $25000.00 by doing all of the finish work of the shell myself.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We have done work for a large law office in the area. Many different people from many different walks of life. Meeting and helping people out and getting to spend a little time talking to them while on the job is actually half of the fun.
