What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Prices vary, depending on scale of job, location and material availability.
I believe that we live in times that everyone is out for every dollar they can get. I would believe my company has stayed fair to our customers. We don’t price gouge. We give fair bids and discounts on return customers. I can honestly say I’ve never had a customer complain about our pricing.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
As the owner, I come out personally to get to know each client individually and to get firsthand knowledge of what that customer wants. New or old customers we aim to please.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have my OSHA Cards for my 10 and 30. I’ve done 4 years of schooling for Union 119, I’ve also done CAD, and several building trades.
