Jeff has done carpenter work & painting for me. He has the ability to get the job done with persistance. A friendly personality & pleasant demenor.
I had Hefernans Home Services paint the interior of my home and power washed my house and cleaned my exterior windows. This company specializes more with exterior home services rather than painting. As for the interior painting goes, overall they performed satisfactory, however the exterior house and window washing had been done fantastically. I would recommend them.
Exterior Painting of Eaves and Windows. He is very careful with his work. Meticulous. He pressure washed the areas, scraped, caulked and then painted, using double coats where needed. The job is outstanding. I really appreciated his professionalism and his care for the work a great deal. He did the job at a great price. I would hire him again and I'm recommending him to others.
Gabrielle came out short notice to a festival we were having. She was fully prepared and stayed 15 minutes after her quitting time to make sure every child was taken care of. She even took crazy requests to try to make exactly what kids wanted! We are hiring her for every event in the future. We actually are making a holiday event this winter just to have her back! She was a joy to be around, great with kids and adults, and she is extremely talented. I highly recommend her to anyone and everyone.
When first contacting Nick about interior painting and a few handyman tasks. He was very responsive/informative and made us feel very confident and comfortable in the beginning. We couldn't have asked for better results in the end!We had them come out and paint 9 interior rooms total and hang 12 curtain rods.We love supporting smaller companies and are so happy we came across NDS Renovations! We would absolutely recommend and will definitely be our go to for all our needs we can use them for anyways lol..As they are very versatile and skilled. Thanks Nick! Tray was a joy to work with! My wife and I went through multiple painting quotes from other companies in-town and always felt that we were being snowed and up-charged for services we didn't need. Tray came to our home promptly after submitting an initial quote and gave us honest options and things to think about. Although we landed on a quote higher than initially proposed, we included additional items (such as trim and door painting) which we're very glad that Tray recommended. The work was completely promptly, on-time, and at the agreed upon price. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Tray's company to anyone looking for a quality and affordable painter and would hire him again! Thanks!
It started with junk removal from a bathroom remodel. He was on time and did as agreed on the junk pickup. I got to know Luke and what his abilities are as far as carpentry, drywalling, and light electrical and plumbing. As I progress on the remodeling I plan to utilize him on the framing of the shower, drywalling, and the hooking up of the plumbing. My first impression of Luke was excellent.
Interior painting, walls, doors and finishes
Oscar did a great job painting my bathroom, both walls and ceiling. I will think of him for all my painting needs.
Juan came right out to give us a quote and got the job done within a week of us hiring him. It would have been sooner except it rained a lot. He was very efficient and professional. We would hire him again for any of our painting needs!
We had our kitchen and living room painted by Jacob . He was very friendly and very professional. I have referred him to many friends and family . Glad we hired JM painting and plan to do so in the future
Kim of Tiling and Design Diva did an outstanding job painting the interior of our home. Two coats of paint for 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, kitchen, living room and entry which is 20 feet high! She also painted all wood trim around windows and baseboards and 18 interior doors; also two coats. She worked every day until finished and cleaned up work areas before leaving for the day. I highly recommend Kim.
The work he did was excellent! I think there was a communication error between Mike and me. (Major understatement!) He hasn't responded to me reaching out to him over text. Unfortunately, he left the job about 1/3 of the way done. Mike covered the floors when he painted and cleaned up very well after he was done. I would recommend him to anyone needing paint. Just make sure you both are on the same page. He and his helper had a really tough time with the specific color of the cheap-o paint from Lowe's. Given the bad paint, he made it look extraordinary! I think he used the cheapest paint he could get because he included the paint cost in his quote to paint our whole house. I was under the impression that I was paying for the paint in addition to labor and drywall. He ran into a problem called "hat banding" where the parts that were painted with a brush look completely different than the parts painted with a roller. After trying everything to fix the problem (YES! Including not letting the brushed paint dry before painting with the roller) and spending over 2 weeks on just the basement, it was obvious that the problem was the paint. We have a 3 story house and he quoted to paint the whole thing. Since I thought we were paying for the paint, I asked him to get a better quality paint for the rest of the house so he wouldn't have the same problems and he could finish faster. He got quite angry. Looking back, it makes since because he thought he had to bare the extra expense. It was the next day that he sent me a very professional text saying he quit. I would include his text but I had to reset my phone and deleted it. I wish we would been on the same page about the paint cost. He would have finished the house so much faster. The painters we ended up hiring weren't nearly as good as Mike and took forever to finish. They got paint splatters everywhere and blamed it on Mike. Like I said Mike was in the basement and these other guys painted the other 2 levels. The paint splatters weren't in the basement, they were on the other 2 levels. Thanks for the work you did, Mike. I wish it would have turned out different. I wish you all the best.
Sean was quick, courteous, and professional. He did an awesome job for us in replacing drywall in the laundry room and garage. Matched paint perfectly. He also replaced a dryer plug for us and hooked our new refrigerator line up for us. I would highly recommend using Sean. We will definitely be calling on him again in the near future!
Great company to deal with - particularly like the Chad Pitt (owner), easy to work with, very professional. I had full roof replacement, and repair (painting and drywall) in interior rooms. Work was excellent, with superb quality and timeliness. Very responsive to any of my concerns. Super glad I hired his company, and hope to use them again for any needs in the future. You can't go wrong by using Red Line.
Very professional and satisfactory paint work was done by Chris and his crew!
We have an antique cast iron outdoor gas light (original from the late 1800's) which was in very bad shape and had definitely seen better days. The paint was peeling, it was dirty, and in general looked very bad. We hired Tim to restore it to its original beauty. Tim took great care in disassembling the lamp -- no easy task. There are many fragile components, especially the glass globe and milk glass dome which is original to the lamp. Tim stripped all the paint to the bare metal from the pole, washed it with a neutralizing solution, and applied an industrial strength oil based primer and two oil based topcoats. We decided to have the top (the "head" in correct gas lamp lingo) powder coated since that was removable and portable. Tim brushed on all the paint by hand, inserted a new gasket and reassembled the entire lamp replacing rusted screws with stainless steel screws to deter future damage from the weather. The result was stunning! A picture is worth a thousand words. Take a look! I have no hesitation in recommending Tim for any job that he feels he can undertake.
The thing we liked most about working with Marer Property during the painting & updating of our 1970’s home, in a word, PROFESSIONALISIM. Marer Property, Abel, and his team are consummate professionals. The meticulous attention to detail (e.g., perfectly sanded trim, doors, and exact matched floor stain) captured Marer’s professional approach. The final workmanship, encapsulating the skill of Marer’s team, was superior in quality. Immediately preceding Marer Property’s engagement we had several unfortunate experiences with ‘professional’ painters and contractors. Contractors advertised as professionals, yet they confused the capability to put paint on a wall with the ability and skill-set required to professionally paint a home’s interior. Finding Marer Property on Thumbtack saved our project and was a very welcome contrast to our previous experiences. Able and his team listened to what we wanted in the first meetings, putting us at ease. Once the work began they delivered on our vision without additional direction, because they listened. We were delighted. During the project Marer Property’s team continued to work efficiently; they also remained incredibly organized & tidy. Our project, albeit small in comparison many of Marer Property’s other projects, was managed with the same priority & project management expertise. In the end, the outcome exceeded our expectations. Marer Property came in under budget and ahead of schedule. The workmanship demonstrated Marer’s willingness to work, ability to do the work, skill to perform the work, and process to effortlessly manage the work. I’ve found it rare to encounter vendors with this kind of professionalism, reliability, work ethic and attention to detail. In addition, they are affordable and responsive in all communications. We plan to use Marer Property for any project going forward. Very happy – Excellent Value.
Our experience with Personal Touch Painting has been amazing! We decided to have our front livingroom painted, as we do about every three years. We have used different contractors before in the past, but this company had incredible reviews so before even meeting them I knew I would not be disappointed. They were on time for our first face to room meeting, and within 20 mins we had scheduled for the work to begin within two days with the scheduled completion of one 8 hour day. Keep in mind the room we had painted is the busiest, most visited room in the house at all times with the most furniture. Day of work again began with punctuality with Wesley and Justin arriving ready with all materials, and professionalism. I have never seen a painter previously care about the preservation of his clients belongings as Wesley did. These guys are the real deal!! Wesley recommended using BreakThrough paint by PPG, and honestly my room has never looked so good. Clean cut lines, vibrant color, and it really gives the room a brand new feel. Wesley and Justin put everything back in place, cleaned up work area and finished ahead of schedule by 3 hours. We were beyond impressed and have already scheduled for them to do additional work on our home. I will only recommend Personal Touch Painting moving forward.
Larry and his crew did a wonderful job of completing two separate projects (residential and commercial) both on time and exceeded quality expectations along the way. I plan to use Five Star for additional projects in the future and I would strongly recommend them for any painting needs you may have.
They skim-coated then painted all the ceilings in our house, and painted all the walls as well; did a great job for a fair price. Fast and courteous workers, Would definitely recommend.
