I have worked with Don on both purchasing properties as well as him property managing them. He has done an excellent job locating good properties and keeps them well managed. He has been able to keep good tenants as well as getting new tenants in a timely fashion. My only improvement would be with the monthly reports regarding the property. They could be clearer as to the expenses. Other than that, he does a very solid job for me.

If you want a company who is up front and has good communication with its clients, then Real Property Management Indianapolis edge is the one. The most important asset I look for in any company I work with is good communication. Victoria at Indianapolis Edge always returns my calls and emails, she also invested time answering my questions well before we signed on with them. After we signed on they had customers looking at our house immediately. If you don't !want to worry about your property, this is the company for you. I can't see why the experience wouldn't be the same for the renter as well
