FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We typically provide a walk through prior to cleaning, to make sure that our clients needs are met, we also provide a walk through after service has been performed to make sure our clients are satisfied with our work. We also provide a 24 hour guarantee in case something was missed, or our client was not present at the time service is finished.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My sister and myself, have been in the cleaning business since we were kids, our parents who own their own business as well, taught us very young about the cleaning industry, customer satisfaction, and hard work. We both have over 20 years experience , and have worked together since we opened our business in 2006.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
To protect yourself, ensure the cleaner you hire has: 1. Current Liability Insurance incase they break things or burn your house down 2. Current Workers Compensation Insurance so you aren't held liable if they get injured on your property 3. Registered with the state and federal government as an actual business incase there is ever a dispute 4. BBB Rating, they should have a good reputation established before you let them in your house 5. Systems in place to keep your keys safe. We never put a customer's address on a key tag, just a number so even if we lost your keys, no one would have any way to know it was to your house
