Always fair - no surprises. Work within a budget. Labor plus materials.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Introduce myself, get to know the customer by listening to their needs and asking about expectations and concerns. Then determine the level of quality needed to perform services to their satisfaction. Develop an up front agreement on work to be performed, completion schedule, pricing and perform safety checks.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
College level courses in building trades and construction management. Apprenticed to journeymen workers.
