I reached out to Mr. Maldonado in a frenzy for an unexpected issue with my all-of-a-sudden faulty vintage ice maker. I was in the middle of hosting a refreshment party at my home when disaster stroke. He was very punctual and understanding of my dilemma--his enthusiasm was unmatched. Within ten minutes it was up and running and he professionally declined my offering of my slightly alcoholic beverage. My ice maker has been running flawlessly ever since Mr. Maldonado worked his magic. He informed me of all the services he offered, which are too encompassing to list here. I now keep his business card on my fridge and he is my new to-go guy if anything comes up in the future. Thank you, Mr. Maldonado!

My washer was not draining. Was able to explain to him over the phone what exactly was wrong with my washer. Once he got to my washer it took him a few minutes to correct the problem. He found a sock inside the drain pump. Very knowledgeable and reasonable!
