I’m a veteran-owned and operated home inspection professional with many years of hands-on experience in home service and repair, including electrical, heating/air conditioning, and plumbing. I bring the same attention to detail and integrity I practiced in the military to every inspection I perform. Steve did an exceptional job for us when doing our home inspection. He was thorough, explained things, took pictures/videos, and answered any questions we had. He was also took the time to go over items on the phone with us and explain and/or talk through items on the report. This was not our cheapest option but he was worth every penny and we would definitely use LaCorte Inspections again and highly recommend them to anyone who wants a thorough, reliable, and very responsive home inspector.

I went blindly looking for a home inspector, and I hit gold finding LaCorte Inspections. Stephen, the owner, called quickly and explained in detail what he would be doing and what the report would entail. The inspection took over 3 hours, and he then met with me for at least an hour to go over every part of it, including the video he recorded. I emailed a contractor and mentioned Stephen. This was his response: "Stephen is fantastic! Best of the best in home inspections". The experience makes me want to start flipping homes so I can use him again. He is the rockstar of home inspections. You will be very pleased.

I met up with Steven at the home and he walked me through every detail of his findings. As a first time home buyer I wasn’t sure what to expect. His report was extremely detailed with photos and videos of all potential issues and even future concerns. He followed up with a phone call with his personal opinion of the integrity of the home as well. I even asked for a follow up after I take possession of the home for areas that were not assessable at the time. I highly recommend 10/10!
