I started working with Jackson so he could help my accomplish my goals. I’ve never had a personal trainer before but I felt that it was necessary at my stage in life. When I first talked to him about my goals I mentioned that I really struggle with depression and other mental health issues. He was very understanding and real with me about how staying healthy can really help those parts of my life. Everyday I work with him I feel so much better and I know it’s going to be a better day. I feel like I get everything and more than I wanted when working with him!

Jack is a phenomenal personal trainer! His sessions are challenging yet doable. He is dedicated and knowledgeable about different body types and addresses each session for my weight loss goals. His app is also useful and makes sure I'm on track when I'm working out on my own.

So far we’ve done 2-3 workouts and each time gets a little more challenging (which I want)it’s also different then my usual workouts (yoga- cycling)Jackson knows my right knee bugs me sometimes and has planned workouts accordingly. I look forward to our workouts. I would hire JAXFIT again.
