About this pro
I would highly recommend JPA Construction ! Terry was incredibly detailed during the estimation process. Even though their price was higher, they worked directly with the insurance adjuster to get additional funds and completed the work for the agreed cost. Once on site, the crews were very quick, skilled, and left my yard in great shape. The roof & new gutters both look amazing and I have confidence in the quality based on Terry's direct involvement. You can't go wrong with JPA.Jul 8, 2018Verified

It was a pleasure doing business with you. Thank you for Choosing JPA. Let us know you ever need anything else.
We had a small section of roof over our sunroom that was leaking and JPA came out to repair it. It turned out to be a somewhat troublesome problem, and without rain the leaks didn't show until spring. Despite the time it took for the leaks to be exposed JPA was committed to the quality of their work and came back to investigate and address the issues without any pushback or complaint. Now, through all of the heavy rains this year we haven't had a single sign of any leaks at all, and the roof looks great.Aug 27, 2017Verified

- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?A. We will first schedule a time to meet with the customer. Upon arrival we will ask if the homeowner has any specific questions or concerns they'd like to see addressed. From there, we get the measurements of the project, go into the truck and write up the quote to present on the spot. We talk through the various options and answer any questions. The whole process usually takes no more than an hour. Since we encourage you to get more estimates to find the right contractor for you, we don't put any pressure on signing the proposal and contract at that time.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?A. You want to make sure the company is a legitimate company. Check for proper insurances, check to make sure they pay their bills and pay attention to what organizations the belong to. Most often the ones who care most about their company and your home are those that are involved in different trade groups.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?A. The second most expensive cost is to any exterior remodeling project is the amount of money that needs to pay paid to insurance companies to make sure the exterior remodeling company is properly insured. Roofing specifically is a very dangerous profession with a high insurance rate.
