I had to organize Masonry work to be done on my house from out-of-state. Thomas was very responsive, and provided an estimate in a short-turn around. His estimate was exactly what my my home inspector guessed the work might cost so I hired them. They completed the project quickly and did a great job matching the mortar and brick to my existing brick work. Great job!
Naun checked in several times before we met and finished the job quickly with his associate. They purchased and fixed our brick steps, banister, and area in front of the townhouse. Def recommended and a nice guy.
I had a deterioration of the grout on my front porch which has caused a leak in my basement. GRG came when they said they would and they removed the old grout. They regrouted the brick porch with new grout and were able to match the color pretty well. In addition, they reset some bricks that had broken and come loose. Their price was more than fair, they did excellent work, and I would use their services again.
Israel and his team created a fantastic side garden for our rowhouse that matched precisely our needs and stated interests, along with detailed care instructions. Moreover, they went above and beyond the project -- replanting a drooping fence, stacking bricks better than they were before -- that have made the entire front look better for it. I cannot recommend Makimanta enough.
Christian and his team did a great job on the replacement of bricks and iron railing along steps leading one story up to front door of our townhouse. Original railing was 30 years old, totally rusted, and disconnected from the steps, which made it a serious liability. The team found bricks that matched the shape of the current ones, constructed the railing so it was identical to the original design (required by the HOA) and painted it with three layers of primer/paint to fend off future rust. Project included sanding and repainting an iron gate as well. I am totally pleased with the finished product and will be soon using the 5th Gen Group for another brick project.
Matt did an excellent job. He was on time for this two day job (he laid the bricks the first day, and did the grout the second day after it was set). Matt also cleaned up afterwards nicely, and he was responsive to our preferences on how we wanted the bricks laid out. His pricing was also very fair, and we would do business with him again.
Highly recommend JP Landscaping! True professional - timely and quality work. I have hired JP for two separate jobs: entrance way brick work, mulching and trimming. Both have exceeded my expectations. Most importantly JP Landscaping pricing is fair and reasonable! I plan to hire them again in the future.
Richard and his team did a magnificent job on the front porch and lawn of our DC townhouse. We've got an old rowhome, and wanted to add some character to it. Richard ground down the old painted cement patio and covered it in beautiful flagstone. Then, he removed the cement walkway to the sidewalk, re-poured the concrete, and built a brick walkway. He also built us a flower box out of brick along the walkway. Richard was reasonable, flexible, and timely. Working with Richard was like working with a friend. Couldn't recommend him more.
Quick response, good price, did a great job on brick planter on patio. Highly recommend
A windstorm blew down part of our brick patio wall. We knew we would face extra pressure from our HOA to make sure the repair matched the style and color of the walls that still remained. Kuldar was understanding and very helpful. He explained our options and then worked hard to find bricks, arrange them, and clean the wall in a way that made the new wall match the pre-existing structure as much as possible. We were out-of-state, but he communicated well and sent us updated pictures throughout the project. We appreciate his help and recommend him to anyone needing help with a similar project.
Lucas Paving did such a detailed job on sealing my driveway & repairing my broken front brick stairs, I brought them back to seal those front brick stairs! If I had to sum it up, I'd say they take pride in workmanship.
Our stairs in front of the house are brick over concrete and cinder blocks. The cinder blocks started to disintegrate, so the bricks started to crumble on top. Gabriel came and provided pictures and ideas based on our description. Gabriel was very polite provided a very good estimate on the work. He finished the work on time. The steps look great. We are extremely excited about how the steps turned out and the quality of Gabriel's and his company's work. We would definitely recommend him to others and would use him for any other masonry work we have in the future.
Mike and his worker did a great job on my brick steps and front stoop. They did a very thorough job--although the job became more involved then originally estimated. They cleaned up and I am very satisfied. Mike responded very quickly to my original request and was able to complete the job within days of giving me an estimate.
A very professional job was done replacing our walkway. I had three other contractors give me estimates on repairs only using existing bricks and also using extra matching bricks we had here. Mission Home Services replaced the bricks with Flagstone for about the same price the other contractors wanted to repair the old brick walkway. Highly recommend Mission Home Services.
I hired this company to repair and replace my front walkway with brick paver and resurface my driveway with the same. Their prices were competitive - they promised me a completion day and made it. The staff was friendly and always on time. I will use this company and I will pass them on to friends and family.
Burch Masonry LLC did a great job building my brick mailbox. I will recommend to others.
The steps in front of my house had several cracked bricks. I also had a brick landing and walkway that had sunken in and become very uneven. It was a real eyesore. Additionally, the first step up to the stoop was close to 12", way higher than the 8" required by code. Darold offered a very fair estimate and did high quality work. The steps now look great. He evened out the landing and placed new bricks on top to get the step up to code. He has been doing masonry for decades including many commercial projects and you can tell he knows his stuff. I would hire him again for any masonry needs.
Josue came look at the job and some other projects I had. Gave me good and frank advice that will save me. He did beyond the work he was paid for: I hired him to powerwash my brick wall, he cleaned my side walks at no additional charge
José Benitez did a wonderful job replacing a 10'x16"x8" red brick retaining wall. The job was properly scoped, costed, and performed. I was so impressed with his work I hired him for two other jobs to include replacing a 4'x3' concrete landing and installing a 4'x25' walkway. The work is great and price right and Jose is a very pleasant and easy to work with. I'll hire him again!
Ray was absolutely amazing. He came out right away (once it was a warm day) to fix my brick front steps. I must say that they look brand new! My family and I are extremely happy with his work. I will definitely be hiring him again in the spring for my walkway and any other various tasks around my home. He is very upfront and honest. I would highly recommend him to anyone! Ray thank you for doing amazing work!
