Logan Goebel says, "Xavier and his team came to my house in late spring to do a huge sump pump installation and waterproofing of my basement. We have struggled with water for the past few years while living here, and ultimately a sump pump was the only way to fix the problem.Xavier was extremely professional and easy to work with; as soon as I contacted him, he was out here within a couple of days to give me an estimate which was more than fair. His work is cost-effective while also being high quality. He scheduled us in very quickly and once he and his team started working, they worked so hard for us and were so kind the entire time. The work that they did for us was extremely difficult having to jackhammer so much concrete and carry it 5 gallon bucket by 5 gallon bucket out of our house. Then, they turned right back around and carried gravel and hand mix concrete back down into our house. This job was rigorous. Xavier has all the knowledge to install a working system and we couldnt appreciate it more. I waited a few months to write this review because I want to be sure the system truly worked Without this work, our house would have flooded again this year due to all the rain.It was worth every penny that we spent and working with Xavier was a great experience from start to finish. I would recommend him to any and all of my friends."See more

Was an absolute pleasure getting our patio done with them. Planning phase: Carlos was on time and came in provided the measurements and estimates. Went back and also helped us get the design and material pictures so that i could work with my HOA for approval. Concrete Construction: Carlos was in constant communication with me and once the approval was received he started working immediately got his team in and the guys did an excellent job in getting the stamp concrete done. Wall: Carlos and his team helped me choose wall materials and also provided haul assistance and then built an excellent wall over the stamped concrete. Extra mile: Carlos and his team was amazing and helped with everything that i brought to their attention from chip or cracks to paint and then fixed everything with precision. They even went extra mile of spreading grass seed that i had bought and thought of doing myself to the sod areas that were effected. Carlos and his company with his excellent team is highly recommended if someone is trying to build a stamped concrete patio. They are the best I have seen so far in the Lewis Center area."See more

Digging the trench around our foundation, installing drain pipe, drilling weep holes in the block, and pouring concrete back over the trench. Installed durashield over the weep holes, and installed carbon fiber straps on the wall, grinded mold from walls and fumigated with a lifetime warranty that mold growth would never come back. Their work also came with lifetime warranties against water intrusion in my basement and that the carbon fiber straps would prevent any further movement of walls. Craig, Jason and their crew did a great job, we are very pleased with their explanations, work and the clean-up."See more
