Keith did an excellent job on our project. Had to convert a gas range stove to electric, which required running cable from the breaker box all the way to the kitchen. I have a finished basement and I was prepared to have to do a lot of demo. but Keith is a magician and extremely good and was able to map out a path to run the cable from one side of the house to the other with minimal damage to drywall (2 small holes in ceiling, which were easily patched). The quality of work and level of professionalism and the expertise that Keith has makes any complex job simple and well thought of as he has a meticulous approach to any job he does. I highly recommend Keith.

Tim worked on various installations and assemblies, like assembling a stepping stool, wooden futon, and installing towel racks and curtain rods, etc. He is a hard worker and seems to have endless energy. I have been very happy with the above mentioned work, and found that he was willing to go the extra mile to deal with problems encountered along the way, e.g. a weird plastic piece appearing on what was supposed to be a bronze metal towel rack, so he did nifty things to hide the plastic. However, more recently, an assignment he had happily accepted--to build two side tables and a coat rack--had to be aborted. Unfortunately that was after lots and lots of time had passed, I wished he had called it off or not accepted the assignment in the first place unless he could see it through, so that I could have had the items done by someone else long ago, as I was desperate to get several home improvement things out of the way. The side tables--which are pretty--were done for the most part but not fully (I still need to find another woodworker to do the unfinished business) and the coat rack was not done at all. Somehow his heart was simply not in it anymore, but would have been better to just straightforwardly cancel a job rather than dragging things out. This is why I am giving 4 instead of 5 stars. He did feel bad about how things went with these three pieces and therefore didn't charge me for one of the side tables.

David was fantastic! I decided to renovate my kitchen and David quickly responded to my request for recessed lighting. In talking during the estimate, he gave me great ideas for brightening up the room and investigated a wire coming out of the floor....a wire that two contractors told me they would need to cut and move, yet David figured out I needed that wire for my hood vent. I appreciate his ability to visualize my kitchen concept......I am doing the kitchen on a budget so I am doing the work after my day job and hiring out what I can't do. David came in and ran a new wire for my microwave and he will be back once my cabinets are up. I highly recommend David!!

Walter showed up on time, got the job done quickly and correctly, and didn't leave a mess behind like some plumbers I've dealt with in the past. Not only would I recommend him for a future job, I've already taken my own advice -- he's also a general contractor, and I'm already using him for an exterior house repair this weekend.

I installed a new over range microwave and needed the cabinet doors shortened to fit a new shorter cabinet frame. Antonio went above and beyond.

Lassaad replaced a new range hood for my rental property. He was very responsive to all my inquiries from beginning. My tenant was able to schedule an appointment with him the very next day, and they are happy with the work done. The final cost was exactly as the quote, so no surprises. It was a very pleasant experience. Thank you!!!

I heard about Garth through a friend and was super happy with the work he did (replaced some old sockets and installed a ceiling fan). I am comfortable knowing that I've got a trustworthy, fairly priced electrician on call whenever I need him.

Ryan did an excellent job. He came the same day that I requested an electrician. He replaced two ceiling fans, changed two GFI receptacles, one chandelier and a ceiling light. His price was well within budget my range. He also volunteers with Habitat for Humanity and took the fixtures to give them to this non-profit. I would hire Ryan again.

I hired MJ Home Services to complete some work around my house that was on the inspection list. They offer a wide range of services but seem completely qualified and able to do everything. Roof was repaired (leak in the master bedroom from vent pipe) Mold Removed in basement front wall from a spicket leak (which they repaired as well!) I was extremely pleased to find 1 company that did everything. I received a certificate once work was completed and the entire crew was a pleasure to work with. I would recommend them if you need any type of work. Thank you John (who is the owner) he spent a hour doing the first walkthrough and was overall a overqualified inspector/owner that really seems to care which is hard to find.

I had Unique Homes (Simeon) complete 4 different projects for me, each progressively bigger. All of them were successful -- although not without little issues that came up now and then, but that were always taken care of. The prices were very good and the jobs were done well. Job #1 - I had a front porch that needed concrete work. This was a relatively small job, but it was done well. Job #2 - This was a remodel of small bathroom. Again, the job was done well and was a good price. And Simeon indulged us owners half-way through the project when we did not like something about the floor tiles we had chosen. Totally our issue, we did not really like how it looked when it started getting installed. But he undid some of his work and we were able to fix it. Job #3 - This was a full bathroom remodel, so a more significant job. Again, this project was done well, but the costs savings really started to come through on this project. We were very happy with the final look of the bathroom. Job #4 - This was by far the biggest job. It was a complete remodel of our master bathroom. I had received various quotes from other contractors in the $30-40K range for the project (including materials). Simeon's prices were less than a third of that, however that did not include any of the materials. In the end, I think the materials is the source of a lot of the savings since I think the others hide mark-ups (or store kick-backs) in the materials. For this project we went to some high end stores and looked at their display designs and chose/copied what we liked. We chosen something that was based on a white marble tile as a base ...and Lowes/HD carried it at a fraction of the cost of Tile City. I think we saved $5k on the marble along. We bought some of the more unique accent stuff in Tile City at full price, but for everything else we were able to replicate the Tile City look with HD or Lowe's materials of equal quality. We bought a high end shower panel, but bought it through Costco. The same fixture at a high-end bathroom store was thousands more than what we paid. At some higher end stores Simeon would give us the Unique Homes discount that he had negotiated. Some places (like the glass doors for the shower) were still expensive...but I ended up with the same bathroom that would have been $40k for about $20K. So yes, I recommend Unique Homes.

I'm incredibly fortunate to have found Jimmy. He has an incredibly wide range of skills and has been a 1 stop shop for all my projects. He has done carpentry, skilled painting, tree trimming, HVAC, plumbing, and electrical. He's always honest if he doesn't feel like something is in his wheelhouse. If he says he can do something, he'll do it extremely well. His prices are fantastic -- most guys with his skill set charge significantly more than he does. Since I've found him, I've been able to do the critical jobs as well as some jobs that I've been putting off for years. Moreover, he's a decent, caring family man who I trust around my young son and am comfortably leaving a key for him when I'm not at home. Very strongly recommended.

This was for an under sink reverse osmosis water filtration system and the installation of a new faucet for the water filter. I had a few contractors come over to give me an estimate, and some of them were even hinting that they didnt want to complete this project because there were other solutions within the market with easier installations etc. I ended up hiring James, because not only did he have experience with the work, but he also showed confidence in the product and being able to install it without issue. Overall, James did a fantastic job and his work was extremely clean, and he finished the job much faster than others told me it would take. I appreciated his hard work and precision.

Although I don't generally leave reviews; this man DAVID of Martin's electrical service "COMMANDS" recognition without a doubt for the work he performed in my home. So here goes... I had both the installation of a ceiling fan and a very delicate chandelier 1st he put together than installed. A few questionable electrical sockets were inspected and evaluated; as well. The entire experience was "a breath of fresh air." this man in particular comes highly experienced and highly recommended. This LICENSED ELECTRICIAN showed himself to be at "the top of his game per say". He exhibited professionalism; he showed integrity with pricing etc; moreover, he is well mannered. I give him a well deserved 5 star rating or from 1-10 he gets a 10 rating. I'm fortunate to had stumbled upon him to hire someone that's fair who isn't attempting to get rich from one customer. Lastly, it was a pleasure being engaged with interesting conversation while he continued to work steadily. He spoke about great vacation spots to travel to other countries; since I inquired about places to visit. You'll also be very satisfied ALL the way around with this hire. FYI; I will attempt to add photo's of the installations at a later date, yet only if time prevails; (smile). Enjoy your new hire!

I contacted Martin after having two other repairmen come to look at my stove. He correctly diagnosed a breaker issue, but also identified wiring problems with the stove that were created by past repairs. I ended up buying a new range, and Martin came and replaced the circuit breaker. All is now working perfectly. Martin came on a Sunday! The day after I called him. He clearly has seen it all and his prices are incredibly reasonable. I won't hesitate to call him the next time I have an appliance or electrical issue.
