    We were a bit hesitant about listing our property/condo with a management company but we're so relieved we did! Initially, we thought we could do it ourselves on a military website but there was way too much involved (including time) & numerous frustrations so we did some research & selected Real Property Management Pros based on their reviews & favorable feedback from other customers. Noreen is our listing agent/manager & has been amazing to work with. During our first face-to-face meeting she explained the entire process in detail & took time to review each document with us. She has years of experience as a real estate agent & is a landlord herself so she offers life experiences as well & that certainly helped us make the final decision in hiring Real Property Management Pros. That was back in Sept/Oct 2016 & a great tenant was secured in Nov 2016 so the timing worked our perfect. Noreen was hoping to get a tenant in before the Holidays & she delivered! Monthly rental checks are now automatically deposited into our bank account timely & we can relax knowing our property is being managed from miles away.       What does a property management company do?

      Property management companies manage the rental of residential homes, apartments, condos, commercial spaces and retail spaces.
