I hired Coast to Coast Event Staff to help me with a 40th birthday party for 40 guests. Dee answered the call when there was less than 7 days to the event. I originally asked for a bartender and an event helper to assist on the party day...I planned to do the rest on my own! Dee offered some helpful suggestions and worked with me to stay on budget. By the end her team created a stunning 3 tier cake and cake pops that matched my photo perfectly (with a 2 day deadline) - ordered/pick up/delivered food from my favorite restaurant - provided all party supplies - balloons - candy display - set up and cleaned up! That part might be easy but it was the customer service and level of communication that earns 5 stars. Dee took the worry right out of my hands. Anthony and Christie were professional and a fun addition to the party. I felt like a princess without breaking the bank and each and every guest left with a smile. Jacqueline was absolutely wonderful! I hired her to help me with the last few weeks of my wedding planning. Not only did she serve as a POC for the vendors a few weeks before the wedding so my husband and I didn’t have to worry about anything, but she did day-of management of the event. There were several times during the wedding ceremony and reception when she jumped into action. For example, she alerted the DJ when he played the wrong song for the groom and sister dance, and walked him through the Mr. and Mrs. Game. She also provided guidance during our dress rehearsal to make sure the ceremony would be just as we wanted. Jacqueline is super professional, extremely friendly, and a great listener! I would recommend her to anyone for wedding planning or any other event.

Having Michele and Laura work our annual Holiday Open House was a real game changer in how I will entertain from now on! I am a veteran party giver and love to entertain, but I need good, hands-on professional, responsible help during the event so I can relax and enjoy the party. With "We Plan- You Party" I was able to do the cooking and much of the planning for our Annual Holiday Party, then turn the aprons over to Michele and Laura with complete confidence. Since I enjoy the cooking and planning but hate the clean-up, they were perfect. Michele and Laura came in and very efficiently set up the food and bar areas, greeted guests, kept the place picked up, dishes and glasses washed, and replenished food and beverages during the event. As things wound down and after, they put leftovers away, packaging them for the freezer and fridge, cleaned everything up, party glassware was clean and boxed up for storage, plates and platters washed, dried and stacked for storage,they put table linens in my laundry room, even blew out the candles...all while I put my feet up and had a nightcap and plate of food with Hubby and the last few hangers-on. When they left the kitchen was cleaner than they found it. And , all the while, they were personable,relaxed, professional and sweet! Aaaaahhhh. Perfect party! Intheevent has stepped in to help the church I serve develop two events that reach out to the greater community. One is our summer picnic and carnival event that is open to the neighborhood. She planned all the signups and activities which were focused more on young children - moon bounce, cake walk, games of tossing a bean bag, cotton candy, face painting. It all came together perfectly and she knows where to find the resources at a reasonable cost but with quality products. She also helped us develop a new outreach project that including a booth design for a community Fall Festival, ordering balloons with our logo and web on them, pinwheels for the younger children and water bottles to hand out with our labels attached. She also facilitated the sign ups for the volunteers and before we knew it all time slots were filled. Our governing committee would indicate that both these events were a success.

Alexis, was the most professional and organize i have ever seen an event planner. She was referred to me by a colleague, and I valued her referral -- so i had high expectations. Alexis and her assistant did not disappoint. She was very accommodating throughout the process and was always punctual to our meetings and on going e-mail communication. Everyone, including myself were super impressed with her commitment to make our wedding day the best and most organized. She was very accommodating to the bridal party, but knew when it was time to put her foot down and get things moving. Very assertive when she needed to be, and i can certainly appreciate that. It is hard to keep everything moving along -- if you don't have the attention of the audience, so i was very appreciative that she could maintain her composure and work with so many moving parts. I will say that Alexis went above and beyond at our wedding. The venue had some step backs and didn't execute all of our wishes, but Alexis was there to the rescue. She was able to complete all of the necessary tasks, while still managing all of the vendors and the wedding party. To say the least, i am grateful to have her there. Not sure many other event planners would've been able to handle the uncertainty of some of the details. Thank you, thank you!

I would whole heartedly recommend having Michelle Farmer plan your party or event. Prior to using her services I had the pleasure of attending a bachelorette party, wedding shower, and baby shower planned and organized by her. Each had a wonderful theme that was tasteful, with unique and hand crafted touches that served as keepsakes for the guest and honoree. You could tell she had developed a rapport with the client, catering staff, and venue staff. The events felt relaxed and fun, but at the same time in retrospect you could tell there was no awkward moments as things naturally progressed from games, gift openings, eating and chatting, all while she worked unobtrusively to see to the needs of the hostess and guests. As an Executive Assistant and Meeting Planner, I admired her tact, poise, and welcoming demeanor at each event. The hostesses have all sung her praise and it prompted me to use her for an event of my own. She worked tirelessly and delivered a flawless evening for myself and my friends. She graciously assisted in the development of a theme that fit my tastes and gave valuable input on how it could be tailored to me personally. Her work with the menu took into account varied tastes and budget along with the theme. She also provided hand crafted items to compliment the décor that set the evening apart and were practically Martha. Definitely use her services if you are able to set you apart from the other rounds of dinner parties and showers.

Andrew and his team planned my wedding for 100 people in about four months. He left no stone unturned, tried to keep me on task and organized, and assisted with choosing vendors and getting contracts in place. He listened to what I wanted in terms of decor and made great suggestions and created a stunning setting for the ceremony and a gorgeous reception. He was available to handle even the smallest detail. Most importantly, on the day of, I was able to relax while he coordinated with the venue, the various vendors, and my wedding party to make sure that things ran smoothly (and that I never found out if things were NOT running smoothly) and according to schedule. Thelma came to our senior pastor's retirement party and did face painting for two hours, near the children's games on the church lawn. She was within a few minutes of being on time, no big deal, and she was very pleasant and easy to work with. She has a cheerful demeanor and is very good with little kids. I was amazed at the constant business - but I shouldn't have been, because she does beautiful work, so I'm sure word spread quickly! She was totally self-sufficient; she has her own stool for the kids and works standing up. She was flexible on where to set up and had no needs at all. I can't think of a thing she could have done better or how we could have been more satisfied. If we ever need a face painter again, she will be my immediate choice, and I would highly recommend her to anyone else!

I hired Stephanie to help me plan my parents' 30th wedding anniversary. To be honest, I've never hired an event planner so I don't really have a comparison. I also don't plan events (at least not big ones). Since I wanted to make sure this event was perfect, I decided to hire someone who knew what they were doing. From the start, Stephanie was professional, courteous, and informative. Before coming up with a plan, she listened intently as I described my parents and what I thought would make this anniversary party perfect for them. She asked a lot of questions and I felt like she really got a good idea of what I was looking for before starting to share some suggestions. She had a lot of great ideas right off the bat and brought up aspects of the party that I had not even considered. In the run up to the party, Stephanie stayed in close contact and was always available to chat or answer my questions. That was probably one of the best parts of working with Stephanie - the communication. On the day of the party, I thought I'd be running around like crazy and worrying about all of the details. Luckily, I didn't have to do that! Stephanie handled the logistics of vendors and made sure everything was going as planned. She even dealt really well with my family, who can be a little overwhelming at times. Overall, the party was amazing and my parents were overjoyed - not just because so many of their loved ones showed up, but because the whole party really captured their personality and love. It was really amazing. Stephanie is a creative planner who is organized and stays on top of things. I'm not sure if I'll be throwing any other parties in the future, but if I do, I know exactly who I'll be calling!

Terica was suppose to be the "Day Of" Wedding Coordinator my recent wedding, but she ended up going above and beyond just the one day. She meet with us numerous times to understand our vision. She accepted what we wanted and didn't want. She offered great suggestions and clued us in about all the wedding traditions. She was willing to drive quite far to both sites and even helped with the rehearsal. The day of the wedding, her team helped decorate and direct the ceremony. And Terica was there to set-up the whole reception and be the contact with vendors. I never heard of one thing going wrong. When we arrived at the reception, it was amazing to see our dreams come true and you could tell what hard work was put in to it. During the wedding, she was very supportive and available to help when I needed my dress pinned up. It takes a special person willing to take on a panicked bride! I couldn't have asked for more with Terica and her team. We all had a great time and I would definitely call Terica again for any parties. A coordinator is a must-have to keep on schedule, relieve stress, and take burdens off family members!

Also, Edelina maintained great communication throughout the planning of the event and was happy to reschedule with us after the Blizzard of 2016 cancelled our original date.
