Our day would not have been the same without Mary. She deserves way more than 5 stars! Leading up to the event she answered all of my wedding planning questions and offered to do anything she could to help. She also communicated with my mother and mother-in-law who were helping me plan. She had great ideas and made sure we thought about the little details we missed. After every conversation, I was less stressed and more excited! Before the event, she met with us to go over details, sent out a schedule, and was there for our rehearsal. A few days before the wedding, she reached out to all of our vendors to introduce herself. I didn't have to worry about a thing on the wedding day. My family and bridesmaids could also relax. Mary is priceless. If you're questioning whether you should have a day-of coordinator the answer is YES. If you're having trouble deciding who, the answer is MARY. She was so sweet to work with and we loved her we-can-make-that-happen attitude. I can't thank her enough for making our wedding day dreams come true :)

Ari is absolutely amazing. I had three huge parties to throw within one month. I love to plan parties but I was feeling overwhelmed with the amount of work that needed to be done in order to pull off my vision for the parties. I called ARJ Productions to get a quote and before I even hired her, Ari started sending me ideas and researching vendors for my parties! I could tell she was a hard worker and was as excited about my events as I was! Anytime I had an idea I would send it to her and she would make it happen. I could actually enjoy being the hostess at the parties because I was not running around stressing out about details and making sure everything was going well. All three of my events went very smoothly. All of my guests were comfortable and highly impressed! Ari was very responsive and timely. Every single suggestion she made worked out perfectly. I love the vendors that she suggested and I would definitely recommend or use them again. On a personal note, I got to know Ari over the two months that we worked together. What a wonderful person she is! She is kind, funny, and truly cares about people. Every single person who met her at my events complemented me and asked me where I found her. Perfectly Planned help make my wedding day perfect! We had a short time to plan our wedding (only 4 months) but with the help of Perfectly Planned we didn't have to make any sacrifices! She helped us get exactly what we wanted, within our budget and was honest when asked for advice and opinions! Very punctual and responsive, and with our short timeline she was very focused, dedicated and never too busy to take a silly question or go over something with me again 😊! She took care of everything day of fabulously and kept the whole night running smoothly! Her love of event planning and people showed every step of the the way! We hired Lisa to be our on-site wedding coordinator a month before the big day, and she jumped right in and helped everything run smoothly and efficiently. She worked with the on-site staff to decorate and prepare the venue and she did a great job. Would recommend Lisa to others.

I highly recommend Appetite Catering and Events for any of your upcoming events. We needed a bartender for our son's outdoor wedding and Sysseden worked everything out for us and made it simple and elegant ! She helped design the signature drinks, shopping lists, etc.. The communication was great! Our bartenders name was Paul. Everyone loved him. We had nothing but positive comments from our guests.

HIRE RAVEN WHITE OF THE ENVISION FIRM!! YOU WILL NOT BE SORRY!!! :) I hired Raven as our day of coordinator and this was honestly the best decision that we could have ever made. Her vendor recommendations were absolutely wonderful and made our wedding day everything we could have ever dreamed of! My husband and I wanted to have small intimate wedding with no more than 80 guests. We envisioned having a seated dinner with no dancing but still wanted everyone to enjoy their selves and not be bored. Raven worked tirelessly to streamline the reception program for the evening so it flowed flawlessly. She even recommended a saxophonist that was absolutely wonderful!!! Raven was so very detail oriented throughout the entire planning process. She checked in with me almost every day and sent amazing timelines and check lists so we stayed on task. Raven takes true pride in her work and it shows! She was nothing less than a joy to work with and I recommend her and The Envision Firm team for ANY event that you may need planning assistance with. Vanessa helped organize all the vendors, the timeline, the coordination, and more. I couldn't have had such a well planned wedding without Little Black Book Events.     My husband and I are SUPER EXCITED with the outcome and very careful planning of our 10 year "Vow Renewal"!! Planned by Shauna Robinson of 'Brides-to- be Wedding's. Mrs. Robinson came to our home and explained 'exactly' what "Brides to-be'- does', she was also concerned with what our expectation's were for our wedding. We were so impressed with her kindness, her elegance, her organization skills and her ability to take the stress of planning off of my plate! She saved me so much stress!!! Our wedding was Simply Amazing thanks to Shauna! She stayed in contact with all of my vendors, the venue coordinator and anyone else involved in my wedding!     We can not express into words the phenomenon job that Extravagant Affairs did for our wedding on 11/05/2016. From the time that we chose them to handle our catering needs to the very end of our special day, their team handled every detail with the highest level of class and commitment.     My husband and I hired Floyds DJ Services for our May 13, 2017, ceremony in Woodbridge, Va. Finding a DJ had proven to be my toughest task during the wedding planning phase. . . that is, until Kacey responded to my request for information. She's pleasant, easy to work with and was always responsive. The constant threat of rain for our outdoor ceremony has us wavering on whether we'd be outdoors or move the ceremony inside. Kacey remind flexible as we didn't make the final call until just hours before the ceremony was to start. We were lucky enough to have BOTH Kacey and her husband, DJ Unknown, for our ceremony and reception. He is a GREAT hype man, and together, they read the crowd and played the right mix of old-school jams (as I requested) and current Top 40 Hits (including a ton of songs from my personal playlist suggestion). DJ Kacey even got on the dance floor to lead the crowd into a line dance and help get the party started. Their sound system was super crisp and there wasn't a single glitch! We had selected a final song to be played, and when it came time, DJ Kacey and DJ Unknown surprised us with a PHENOMENAL send off by having our guests line up in a receiving line to end the day. In a word, it was pure magic! Floyds DJ Services is a true example of exceptional quality that doesn't break the bank. I'd recommend them 10 times over! -Kevin G.

    After I decided to plan a 70th birthday party for my father, I knew I wanted something different other than just a few guests at home. After speaking with the owner of ALD, April, about what I was looking for and what my budget was, she immediately started helping me brainstorm options for locations and vendors to take care of everything from cupcake orders to banners. She even went to visit the restaurant, see the room, and speak to the restaurant event planner before I could make it over to the location. April is super organized and has timelines and deadlines for each step in planning the event and she always returned my calls and emails in a timely manner. When the day of the event arrived she had all of the materials as discussed and decorated the dining room with a beautiful black and gold theme. She provided everything from chair covers and table linens to balloons. Everything went as planned and she stayed around to make sure everything was on track. I'm so glad that I worked with ALD! They created a memorable and unforgettable event.

    I loved everything about working with Dianna of Catering reserved! From start to finish she delivered everything she promised, including delicious food! She was prompt, creative, and thorough in her proposal; she worked with me to refine my needs and I was very comfortable with my final decisions; Her pricing was affordable and fair and most importantly she promised there would really be enough food to feed everyone and there was! She promised it would be delivered on time (it was), that her staff would set it all up nicely without my help (he did!) and that it would be hot and delicious (and it was!). Nothing was forgotten; nothing was omitted. The serving utensils were there, the sterno, and the clear containers were perfect for serving the food in. I didn't need china serving dishes for my event, but Dianna does offer that and if my next event needs Catering Reserved's full service, I won't hesitate to use it. (Food plus waitstaff for setup and clean up.) I've never met Dianna in person, and I never tasted her food prior to hiring her for my very important event, but from our first conversation I just knew I could trust her, and I was right. I highly recommended her! Thanks to Catering Reserved, I got to visit with my guests and totally enjoy my "after-the-wedding" party.

    Working with Christine for both our floral and wedding planning needs was terrific! Christine was very organized, professional, and efficient in her responsibilities. She made herself available to meet in person as well as communicate by phone or text. No question was too big or too small. She took the time to understand our needs and adapted her suggestions and direction to accommodate us as a couple. She often anticipated our needs before we knew we needed it! As a result, we were free to enjoy our wedding day without worrying about anything. It was a very easy and joyful experience. In terms of our floral needs, we provided pictures of styles and ideas in which we were interested that would work with our overall theme. Christine was then given the freedom to design the florals as she saw fit and she did not disappoint! She was willing to work with us on price and quantity as well. We highly recommend working with Christine Topacio for all your floral and wedding planning needs!

      Diana helped coordinate all my wedding functions this past fall and did a fabulous job! It was an Indian wedding with several functions & a lot of guests and Diana made sure everything went as planned. She was always there a head of time to make sure everything was ready to go. On the wedding day & reception we had over 350 people and I did not have to worry about a thing because Diana made sure everything was on time & coordinated!

      Arielle. Was. Amazing. She was recommended to me by a friend and I’m so grateful for that referral. I kind of thought I could pull off our surprise wedding by myself before I met her, but boy was I wrong. Arielle made everything go perfectly and thought of so many questions I never would have thought to ask. She was there when I had vendor issues, she helped me plan my timeline perfectly, and she made the day run so smoothly. I’m sure she did so much that I don’t even know about. The day of our wedding I had so much fun and not a worry in the world, which I think is the best testament to her work.       Jessica and her team are AMAZING! Jessica is responsive, goes out of her way to make sure everything is perfect, and was extremely sensitive to our needs.
