Sam and his team were a lifesaver by responding quickly to our need to restore a condo in need of repair from water damage. The water damage had displaced a renter and every day passed meant another day with no home for the renter and lost rental income for the owner. Sam and team juggled schedules and worked extended hours to complete the list of projects required to get the condo ship shape. This included drywall repair, woodwork/trim replacement, and extensive painting, as well as light fixture and window blind installations. Sam was accessible the entire time, their workmanship was high quality and their work ethic was strong. I highly recommend this company and plan to use them again in the future!
Henry did a fabulous job tiling our fireplace with marble herringbone mosaic tiles and we couldn't be happier with the finished product. Henry took care of lots of little details and carpentry to get everything just right, he's really quite the artist. I would highly recommend his services, he does outstanding work for a very fair price. We can't wait to have him back to do more jobs around our house.
Tim worked on various installations and assemblies, like assembling a stepping stool, wooden futon, and installing towel racks and curtain rods, etc. He is a hard worker and seems to have endless energy. I have been very happy with the above mentioned work, and found that he was willing to go the extra mile to deal with problems encountered along the way, e.g. a weird plastic piece appearing on what was supposed to be a bronze metal towel rack, so he did nifty things to hide the plastic. However, more recently, an assignment he had happily accepted--to build two side tables and a coat rack--had to be aborted. Unfortunately that was after lots and lots of time had passed, I wished he had called it off or not accepted the assignment in the first place unless he could see it through, so that I could have had the items done by someone else long ago, as I was desperate to get several home improvement things out of the way. The side tables--which are pretty--were done for the most part but not fully (I still need to find another woodworker to do the unfinished business) and the coat rack was not done at all. Somehow his heart was simply not in it anymore, but would have been better to just straightforwardly cancel a job rather than dragging things out. This is why I am giving 4 instead of 5 stars. He did feel bad about how things went with these three pieces and therefore didn't charge me for one of the side tables.
David went above and beyond for our job. We were on a serious time crunch, he came out for the estimate over a holiday. He didnt upsell, he didnt push a specific product or service. We interviewed at least 6 companies and David was one of the most knowledgeable and articulate of the candidates. We chose him because he was able to explain the reasoning behind his recommendations, was thorough, and offered a fair price for work. We hired him for interior and exterior paint and refinishing wooden cabinets, but he also helped with some cleanup around exterior windowsills. We were quite satisfied with all of the work, and he finished 3 days ahead of his projected schedule (he worked weekends to expedite the job). Onsite during the job David was courteous and professional. He was also punctual throughout, and a day before completing offered a walk through to call out any additional work. We hope David will be available the next time we need to paint!
Dave did great work repairing some old wooden chairs that had been neglected. He was super easy to deal with, responsive by phone and text, showed up on time, and was nice to talk with. Highly recommend him for any woodworking or other projects you may have.
Joe was fantastic and did a fabulous job tiling over a concrete floor, installing shoe moulding, changing a kitchen faucet, updating two very old light fixtures and painting a one bedroom apartment. Needless to say he can do it all! He has an eye for how things should be done and was able to provide insight during multiple stages of the project, from what color the moulding should be, to the various paint finishes. Joe was very responsive and great to work with, I will absolutely be calling him again.
Jeff was AMAZING! The trim on several doors and the bottom of my "wood-like" bathroom cabinets were chewed and scratched up, not to mention bites out of my wall. (By my dog, not me...) I expected this to be an all-day, costly job but Jeff was in and out in just a few hours and the overall cost was less than other estimates. I wish I would've taken before shots to show the difference. Hopefully my dog doesn't cause any more damage, but, if she does, I'd be happy to work with Jeff again.

A+++ work. We have been retrieving estimates from experienced carpenters to build us custom bookshelves in our living room for some time now and have been left disappointed by the first impressions and quotes others have given us. However, we then came across the owner of C&G Woodworking whom was very polite, honest, and offered us a very reasonable estimate. We reviewed their work and offered them the project. We are extremely pleased with the finished product and will recommend C&G Woodworking to our friends and neighbors. The bookshelves and molding they've created exceed our expectations triple fold and add that extra touch to our custom built-home!
We do small woodwork projects, like the repair of wood furniture and the framing of pictures with wood frames. We have been in business for applying the above for over 20 years. Most of the work is done on-site, except for those instances where the use of industrial machinery is used.

Eric did an an excellent job repairing several things around my house ranging from electrical to plumbing to woodworking repairs. He initially came out and gave me a cost estimate, arrived as agreed and completed the tasks within the time and cost estimate provided. He followed up with a very detailed report complete with photos and a breakdown of labor and material costs. I will definitely use him again and would highly recommend him.
I provide finer wood products made to your specific ideas. I also make hope chest urns. I take extra time for quality. Thank you!
Our main services are pool tables. We do knock downs, move, setups, restorations and repairs if needed. We also do custom woodworking, I have portfolio. We do handyman services provided like plumbing, electrical, flooring and drywall.
Luke did a great job. He was on time very professional and very thorough. He took his time to do a good job very detail oriented but still worked very quickly. He was careful around the newly stained woodwork and edges that I had recently completed. I have experience in residential construction management and dealing with other professional painters and Luke did a better job than many of the "professional painters" I dealt with. I would recommend allowing him to give you a solid quote after he sees what you need done. That way you both can come to a fair price and it's easier for him to determine what you need. I would recommend Luke and use him again.
I have over 25 years' experience in woodworking. I used to work and set up for exhibits. This is only my job. I work for myself.
