Had a good experience to begin with but it slowly went downhill. Started working with them in Sept 2020 and was hopeful based on my amazing and insightful initial convo with Miranda. They started doing my payroll, had taxes all squared away (I assumed), and were organizing my expenses in QB, etc. We were solid for the first so many months. Will say that they are not a very growth oriented company overall though. I wanted an advisor who would coach me on my financials; I also wanted someone who would set budgets with me, etc. Regardless, bigger issues ensued as time went on. PLEASE KEEP READING. Starting in Jan of 2021, I began receiving late fee after late fee in the mail from Columbus City Tax Division (photos attached). Then, started getting forms saying “didn’t file this”, “didn’t file that”, etc. The forms were piling up. I tried reaching out to ask for assistance- very unresponsive and hard to reach. Then when we would talk, they had no good answers- “oh that’s been taken care of”, etc. It was all a bunch of BS and lies… Fast forward so many months and a boatload of late fees later, I decide to contact another local accountant/bookkeeper to get their input. They contacted the City Of Columbus immediately and were told that the forms are legit and I haven’t filed various things/paid various taxes. I also learned that my remote employee who lives in Maryland was NEVER being taxed for what she was paid. Talk about a company that is highly unorganized and careless! My new accountant is working tirelessly to get everything back to normal and attempting to get my nearly $1000 worth of late fees for unfiled taxes waived. I am thoroughly disappointed in S&P…
