I contacted Rebekah, the owner of Queen Beeline Cleaning & Company with an urgent request due the 'no show' of another cleaning company. My request was short notice for a next day appointment on a busy Saturday. I submitted an inquiry on Thumbtack and received a text message response from Rebekah within 5 minutes! I responded immediately, I received a phone call a few minutes later. Rebekah was great, she listened to my urgent request and indicated she and her team would try their best to accommodate my urgent request. Ten minutes later, I received a second phone call confirming the Queen Bee Cleaning team was available to accommodate my short notice (next day) request. I was elated and super impressed with Rebekah's quick responses and top-notch professionalism. Rebekah and her team showed up early on Saturday, gave me a very reasonable quote and went to work immediately. Unfortunately, the water had been turned off based on my closeout request to city water department on Friday. Rebekah informed me of the situation on Saturday morning during a breakfast pickup run and continued to execute the cleaning like super professionals. I picked up 9 one-gallon jugs of water so the team could complete the job on time without any delays. I was SUPER impressed with Rebekah and her team for their professionalism, outstanding work quality and their attention to detail. Despite the challenges the Queen Bee Cleaning team were exceptional and performed first-rate work. I give Queen Bee Cleaning my highest recommendation based on their superior performance, quality work and fantastic value with reasonable rates.
