- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Each tree, and jobsite is different. Different risks and hazards affect how we can safely perform tree care. Each tree needs to be properly visually inspected for hazards that can be life threatening to a climber. We visit the site, and visually check hazards to determine how long the job should take.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I first listen to the needs of any prospective client. I then explain how we can meet those needs, while delivering a safe, quality service, at an affordable price.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Education is extremely important in tree care. Learning is something that happens during each climb, each job, and each day. No matter if I'm climbing a tree, or reading a book, learning about trees is my passion.
